There is a purpose in separating the puppet and the puppeteer. The puppet is unconscious and on autopilot, while the puppeteer is the observer and always in control. This book aims to reveal the 'puppet masters' in your life, those forces or habits that control you (the puppet) without your conscious approval. You'll learn techniques that empower you to reclaim control, enabling you to achieve your deepest wishes and desires.
This term ‘protocol’ is chosen deliberately to convey a systematic approach to change. Each section provides a structured framework that underscores the importance of consistency and precision, tailored to fit both your personality and your current level of understanding in these areas.
